Amata City Lao Company Limited
Amata City Lao Company Limited, a subsidiary of Thailand's Amata Corporation PCL, is leading the development of two major smart and eco-friendly industrial cities in northern Laos: Amata Smart & Eco City Natuey in Luang Namtha Province and Amata Smart & Eco City Namor in Oudomxay Province. These projects are strategically located near the China-Laos Railway and planned expressways, enhancing connectivity to regional markets.
Designated as Special Economic Zones (SEZs), both developments offer attractive investment incentives and are designed to support high-tech industries, logistics, renewable energy, and sustainable urban living. The Natuey project covers 4.1 km² in its initial phase, while Namor spans 31.5 km², with plans to expand up to 200 km² across both sites.
Aligned with Amata's "All Win" philosophy, the projects emphasize environmental sustainability, utilizing hydropower and smart infrastructure to create low-carbon, resource-efficient industrial cities.
